| Abstract: | The Tumen River Delta is one of a few transnational cooperation development areas. In recent years, the investment in the infrastructure in that area has reached 3 billion RMB. The Hunchun border economic cooperation zone has taken initial shape. The Hunchun--Kruskino passenger line has already opened. China, Russia and ROK have signed a letter of intent on cooperation concerning using Russia's Nakhodka port as a transfer for the passengers and cargoes of China and ROK and other countries and opening transnational airline for travel. China and Rajinsonbong, DPRK have reached agreement on opening Quanhe --- Wuozengli temporary line for passenger. |
