| Abstract: | To promote the international economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, firstly, China should strengthen the independent development at home to provide basis for it. To this end, she should give priority to the development of Huanghai and bohai Rim sub-region which will then bring along the development of Heilongjiang River valley and Tumen River Delta. Besides, the countries in this area should make joint efforts to plan and construct the modern communication and transportation network of the whole area with Huanghai and Bohai Rim sub-region as the key point of construction. Moreover, great efforts should be made to propagandize the generality of the different countries in this area in a bid to remove the ideological barriers handicapping the regional economic cooperation. |
