| Abstract: | By, March,1990, the Chinese and Russian governments had made the economic cooperation contracts valued at near 0.57 billion Ruble. According to the stipulations of these contracts, Russia would provide 37 Chinese enterprises with sets of equipment while China export sets of equipment to Russia. Now on Russian side, funds are in urgent need for establishing the departments of export substitute production in light and food industries. However, China has relative superiority in these lines. So she should take advantage of complementary in industrial structure. Besides, she should seize the opportunities that Russia is in the process of privatization. |
