| Abstract: | There is something natural and objective about economic integration along Sino-Russian borders. Recent years have seen China and Russia carry out open economic policies, with frequent transfer, combination and distribution of such factors of production as commodities, fund and technology along the border area. The early stage of economic integration, represented by low-level and preliminary cooperation and known as a goal, tendency or development strategy, will come to be institutionalized and more typical. |
