Abstract:Contradictions and conflicts in labour relations, which are initiated from corruptive behaviours of enterprise executives, tend to deepen with the development of the reform of state-owned enterprises. This is reflected in two aspects: one is the fact that enterprises are incurring heavy losses and workers at the forefront of production are facing the menace of being laid off; the other is that the split, in resource occupation between workers and the management is deepening. Some enterprise executives spend money without restraint and take bribery in large amount, which arouses strong dissatisfaction from workers. Fundamental reasons which lead to the corruption of enterprise executives include the imperfection of supervisory mechanism, the impotency of supervision as well as the imperfection of the legal system.
