| Abstract: | Among various risks before Chinese economy, the first thing people concern most about is financial risk and financial security. The financial risk that has been accumulated form many years now is at the critical point, while finance is the most fragile link in the whole national economy. Once finance has some trouble, it is bound to effect the safe running of the whole national economy. And the second is industrial risk and industrial security. Since industrial surplus is material basis in the crisis, China should positively give impetus to the reasonable international division of labor with its neighboring countries besides avoiding large-scale surplus. And the third is technical risk and technical security. China should depend on "build the country by innovation", otherwise, it is hard o safeguard out technical security, and so on. |
