| Abstract: | This article explores the potential risks involved as the result of the relatively high returns and no-subprime exposure in the private equity in central and eastern Europe (CEE). In a survey of over 100 CEE private equity participants published in Oct. 2007 by legal firm Squire Sanders, 48 percent of respondents considered the lack of quality people as the most significant obstackle for the market's development. |
