| Abstract: | An important task of management training is to change managers's attitudes to the use of structural models in management. Management has a number of perspectives varying from the task perspective of the first -line supervisor to the process perspective of the top executive. Each level requires different model of understanding and action. But there are areas of common concern: (1) organization structures and control; (2) individual learning-style preferences; (3) conflict resolution. Special models are recommended for each problem. |
