| Abstract: | The theatre of management is a new approach to management education, that seeks avoid the artificiality of specially constructed scenarios. The Theatre in Management course is described. It is explained how to write a play. Choosing from more than one theatre, and role of the actors and that of audience is characterized. The undergraduate version at Leeds University is demonstrated. The main training objectives. Case study option. Management games as early practical attempts. Action learning, successfully implemented in many countries, is compared with the theatre of management. |
