| Abstract: | As a consequence of the events at Schweizerhalle, Tschernobyl and Bhopal, the public is now placing other demands on company information policy. And production methods, which are compatible with the environment, are expected more and more by consumers. Companies have begun to consider themselves as part of the closely knit interrelation network-company/public/environment. But this means that companies have to practice global communication as a new management task. The idea of the "social balance" is followed by the instrumental of "management of environmental relationships". |
