| Abstract: | In the new situation, the financial aid to the agriculture must give prominence to the following five main points: supporting the construction of agricultural infrastructure and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture; supporting the strategy of developing agriculture by science and technology and of enhancing the economic effects by their progress; supporting the establishment of the socialized service for the agriculture and promoting the socialization, specialization and marketalization of agricultural production; promoting the development of helping the poor and supporting the economic development of the under developed region; combining the financial aid to the agriculture and developing financial resources in the countryside in order to score the growth of financial revenue. |
