| Abstract: | Present annexing can be divided into vertical one, horizontal one and combination one. Enterprise's annexing is one of important way of resources' better distribution and industrial structural upgrade under market economy. The experiences of enterprise's annexing in USA showed that this way is a kind of legal market actions. The basic premise for heightening effective is to correct choose and use annexing styles, make up and improve intervening service organization. |
