Abstract:360 degrees feedback is a commonly utilized strategic human resource management technique. The paper studies how the number of raters contributes to the increasing reliability and a better correlation between supervisor and peer ratings. The findings indicate that 360 degree feedback is more useful in personal growth systems than in administrative systems, where the results of the feedback are regarded as objective measurements of work behavior.
