| Abstract: | According to some estimates, growth in mature markets such as the U.S. slowed to 10% or less in 1991. In Western Europe the acceptance of VSATs has also slowed because of the slow pace of deregulation. Latin America does not have much Ku-band capacity so the region must rely on larger VSATs. In growth markets like Eastern Europe, potential customers are in lack of hard currency. |
