| Abstract: | An increase in the civil space budget was proposed by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) to develop satellite technology, thus maintaining the US leadership. AIAA suggests that NASA should participate in the program. The organization recommends the establishment of an international satellite organization to be called Envirosat-International which would control a unified weather, ocean and land observing system. |
