Abstract: | Aeronautical Radio Inc. (Arinc) wanted to launch a new aviation service with existing satellite operators to be run by Aviation Satellite Corp. owned by different airline companies. However FCC rejected the proposal. Arinc will ask for the reconsideration of its decision. At the same time 11 MSS (mobile satellite service) applicants wanted to form a consortium and to apply for a single MSS license but three of them failed to pay up when requested. |
