Abstract:This spring the U.K. ordered British Telecom to provide earth station service to Pan American Satellite Corp.(PanAmSat This move breaks the deadlock between separate system applicants and European administration. Before providing service to the U.K. PanAmSat must coordinate technical and economic matters with Intelsat.
