Abstract:After the success of Project Share this year Intelsat starts Project Access. Their aim is to provide services for health, education, and other social services in developing countries. One of its major achievements is China,s TV University educating one million students via satellite.Applicants for Project Access can contract Intelsat directly in Washington.Though it provides free surplus space segment, participants will need some preliminary financial backing.
