Abstract:China has reached an agreement with the U.S. for introductory use of its Long March rocket to launch American satellites. The agreement established guidelines for the launch of up to 9 international satellites on the Long March over the next 6 years. It also covers competitive pricing, liability and technology transfer issues. American officials say the Chinese shouldn't injure American or other international launch service providers.
