| Abstract: | Foresight involves a conscious effort to expand awareness and to clarify the dynamics of the emerging situations. The nature of foresight as a human capacity is examined and the barriers of foresight are analysed. Foresight activities are basically driven by structural imperatives.Foresight in the 1990s means consciously working to complete the transition to a more sustainable world. |
