| Abstract: | With the issuing of two investment funds, viz "Jintia" and "kaiyuan", our country's investment funds in securities has formally started operation. Investment funds in securities becomes a new investment way, which is beneficial to attracting idle funds in the society and helping numerous investors share the fruits of market development. Investment funds, as a new investment tool of low risk and relatively stable profit, is particularly fit for the demand of investors who can't invest in the security market directly due to various limitations. At present time, the majority of residents' financial assets exist mainly in the form of deposit. The potential for diversion of funds is great. |
