Abstract: | The economic and trade contacts between China and EU has become increasingly close. The Euro as a unified currency has been started and circulated in non-cash trade among EU member countries. This will exert great influence on the international monetary system and capital market and bring both chances and challenges to China's control over foreign exchange, foreign trade and securities market too. China may further use the European integrated financial market. Now the EU member countries have a surplus reserve of about US$ 300 billion which need to be decentralized for investment. China should give active guidance and make some of the capital pour into China's B share market. |
