| Abstract: | Since China issued enterprise bonds in 1986, the bond market has grown quite slowly in a whole, certain achievements have been made though. The main reason is that it is hard to honor the bonds and the risk is high. The high risk is the result of multi-factors, which includes both the enterprise itself and the restriction of external market environment. The risk management mechanism should be further standardized for the enterprise bond market. |
