| Abstract: | One way for hotel to improve quality and reputation is to develop new hospitality services. This article examined the success factors using a survey of 184 German hoteliers. The results show that important factors are market selection, strategic human resources management, training of employees, market responsiveness, empowerment, behaviour-based evaluation, marketing synergy, employee commitment, and tangible quality of the innovation. |
