Abstract:Based on an analysis of claims (here as: cls.) recorded by the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (in the U.S.), it is found that there are three causes of action accounting for most employment-discrimination cls. against restaurants in the state of Ohio: race, sex, and retaliation (in decreasing frequency order). However, the frequency of cls. changes when analyzing the restaurants according to type, that is, there is the rise of retaliation cls., following complaints based on other causes.
