Abstract: | Learning and change go hand in hand. Without a focus on learning, change is difficult and costly to implement, something no organization can afford in today's world. The creation of a learning organization serves a number of purposes. First when new skills are practised, everyday efficiency increases , and people are willing to accept responsibility. Second, learning leads to greater fullfilment. this translates into greater loyalty to the company. Third, employees who know the value of learning are not afraid of change. |
