Abstract:This study examines the effect of the congruence between employees moral development and organizational climate on employee working attitudes. Person-organization fit (hereafter as: P-O fit)was measured by comparing individuals' moral development level with the ethical climate of his or her working organization. A sample of 304 people from 73 organizations was used. It was found that ethical P-O fit was connected to higher commitment level. In addition, the study assesses connections between P-O fit and job satisfaction.
