| Abstract: | A measure of the systematic inclusion of the kinship responsibility construct in organization research, and an evaluation of its reliability and validity in a study of hospital employees, defined as a degree of an individual's obligation to relatives in the community where the individual resides and affect on the individual's organizational behaviour.
