Abstract:A combination of decreasing audience shares, dwindling demographics and rising competition from the fourth network, Fox have caused a lot of problems to the Big Three. Programming is getting more expensive. Moves by the US broadcasters to pay top dollar for long-term exclusive agreements with "A" Hollywood producers and writers is likely to speed up.
