| Abstract: | Although individuals can benchmark effectively, most benchmarking is done by teams to take advantage of the diversity of knowledge, skills, and perspectives that groups offer, as well as to balance workload and time requirements. But you cannot be too careful when you are selecting, training , and assisting the members of a benchmarking team. Otherwise, your best efforts will be in vain. |
