| Abstract: | The focus of the reform of township enterprises this year includes: lease and auction of fractional-profit and money-losing enterprises, optimization of the allocation of production factors, an active development of the stock cooperation system, joint stock system and enterprise groups, support to the construction of small industrial zones, adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure and layout, facilitation of the renovation of existing small towns, development of integrated trade, industrial and agricultural enterprises in the eastern central and western regions. Meanwhile, legislation is to be sped up and a series of counterpart regulations drawn up and worked out. |
