| Abstract: | In a bid to decrease the country's budgetary operating loss of industrial enterprises by 5 percent, and loss volume by 10 percent, the State's Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Finance worked out five measures: To strengthen the responsibility for making up deficits, pay attention to classified instruction, improve the management of operation of enterprises, exploit the internal potentials, give due support to enterprises which are likely to come out of the red, speed up the switch of the operational mechanism of enterprises, make many efforts to promote the technological advance of enterprises, lay more emphasis on quality, increase production and practice economy. |
