Abstract:The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China stipulates that state's enterprises which have opened accounts at its affiliated branches shall not convert into joint shares the fixed assets and circulating funds arising from credits before they are cleared. From now on, state's enterprises shall make an account and calculate shares according their actual assets. Any attempt to use the bank's credits as shares will lead to the pressure of the bank's recourse of the creditor's right and the dual legal action of the fictitious capital stock, and fraud by overseas businessmen.
