Abstract:Corporate leaders realize that to meet the challenges of global competition and changing technology they must use their most valuable assets, their workforce, in the most productive manner. TEI is a philosophy in which all employees are completely responsible for what they do, and what they do not do. Everyone is engaged in the pursuit of excellence in their individual jobs and in the company as a whole. In application, this allows the decisions to be brought down to the lowest possible level. Numerous benefits can be realized from implementing quick changeover.
