Abstract:Security Pacific's assets are over $64 billion, it has more than 1,200 offices all over the world and is the sixth largest bank in the US. The gap between its main rival, Bank-America continues to narrow. Now SPC acquired the respected Rainier Bank, with headquarter in Seattle, Washington, in the second biggest bank merger in the US history. The bank's leader achieved diversification: the bank's three profit centers contributed about one third of total earnings.
