| Abstract: | Despite predictions a year ago, users are finding exceptional deals in the computer leasing market these days. It's a lessee's market now. The bidding process is characterized. Rates negotiated are going down. Savings of 10% or more are widely reported. Some users are taking advantage of the situation. The number of users that insist on using their own contract is up, and even those who use lessors' documents often are able to insert clauses favorable to the lessee.
