| Abstract: | There has been a new idea of selling the expertise of employees who take early retirement. A new company called Skillbase was set up by IBM in July to exploit this idea which allows the company to send some of the people into retirement while retaining their skills. Employees get a chance to try their luck on consultancy. Skillbase would also sell their services to outside companies. |
