Abstract: | This issue is the outcome of a project started in 1995, when the authors invited leading researchers in the field of quantitative marketing research and econometrics to submit proposals for contributions. Potential authors were asked if they could submit a paper in their particular field of expertise, providing a review of the literature, an innovation in the field of methods, and an empirical application. The response was enthusiastic. |
