| Abstract: | This study explores the effect of introducing leisure-dependent utility into 2 models of endogenous technolgocical change. Due to the flexibility in the labor supply the models' dynamics change significantly. If agents attach enough value to leisure in comparison to consumption 2 balanced growth paths may exist. |
