| Abstract: | It is difficult to sell agricultural production with different feature and reason in different time of supply-demand. To solve this problem with the features of cycle overproduction in a long-term supply-demand tendency, we should control supply but no lower farmer's income, expand domestic market and active foster market system of agricultural production, firm confidence and strict carry out the central government's grain reform policies. |
