| Abstract: | Criteria are analyzed, which play a role in evaluating a later compliance of old-age- care services.Apparently, too little attention was paid to this aspect in the past. A practicable concept is offered of measuring the economical state of the employer according to para 16 of the Old Age-Care. This concept is based on a future oriented interpretation of the notion of economical state, which harmonizes business management and labour juristic requirements. |
