| Abstract: | When the objective in case is to build an expert system, one is confronted with two crucial points: the first is the acquisition and representation of knowledge,in other words, of expertise. The second is in the field of management where knowledge is of qualitative nature. The latter is the subject of research for developing the model to represent the knowledge and to make clear the difficulties. However, the potentials of showing up knowledge gaps is rather limited. Thus, most efforts are made now to structure the bases of knowledge irrespective of the applied model of representation. |
