| Abstract: | This paper aims to integrate stakeholder (here as: s-hldr./s-hldrs.) theory with the entrepreneurial (hereafter as: e-prial.) orientation (as: or-n.) literature to explore relationships btw. distinct e-prial. behaviours (as: beh-s.) and support from s-hldrs. with divergent interests. There is found support for a multi-dimensional conceptualization of e-prial. or-n. The findings point to tensions inherent in satisfying multiple s-hldrs. demands, and illustrate that different s-hldrs. support e-prial. beh-s. in unique and sometimes unexpected ways. |
