| Abstract: | In the course of foreign businessmen' merging state enterprises, what worry one are the infringement of assets rights and interests and the drain of a large amount of state-owned assets. According to an introduction of related materials, in a certain province, the volume of the drain of state-owned assets hit 15 billion yuan in the course of merger due to the fact that the state-owned assets are not appraised or under valued. Besides, some foreign businessmen even have speculated in purchasing state enterprises. So to protect China's state-owned assets, we must perfect state assets-appraising system. The government should strengthen control and guidance in this line. |
