| Abstract: | Tianjin's bonded area is located in Tianjin new port. Being broad and with rich reserve land resources, the port area provides a wide space for the development of bonded area in the future. But the problem in bonded area's management system and the separation of Tianjin port from the bonded area, which makes the bonded area lose support, will restrain the expansion of the bonded area. To turn the bonded area into a comprehensive port free trade zone, this paper suggests that the policy environment for establishing a real free port be created, the management of the bonded area optimized according to the international practice, transit trade and entrepot trade developed. Besides, the offshore financial business should be run actively and then offshore financial center can be established. |
