| Abstract: | Hong kong factor as one of the major factors affecting Shenzhen's economic and social development has become a significant question of tactics for the design of shenzhen's development plan. While Shenzhen designs its future in three stages, it ,first, should do well the dovetail work in every aspect. Besides, it should take advantage of Hong kong's adjusting its industrial structure due to the rising cost of land and labor to expand its talent contingent and absorb experiences in management for the purpose of its economic take off. It should also extend its influence at home with the aid of Hong kong factor and strive to occupy a place in the world economy by learning from Hong Kong. |
