| Abstract: | The plan on the dovetail of Shenzhen's with Hong kong's economy, combining the political factors and economic contents, avoids both the hollow practice just for the political purpose and becoming an economic plan purely technologically. Starting from the demand of operability, it high lights some important issues to be solved urgently, key construction projects and necessary measures in infrastructure, key industries and operational mechanism. On the basis of that, it raises package policy measures need to be supported by the central government and Guangdong province. So we should say that an active looking ahead step has been made. |
