| Abstract: | Making a general survey of Shenzhen's economic environment and superiority, we would see that developing large-scale industry and taking it as the pillar of future industrial system can provide the base for keeping a sustained, high-speed economic development in Shenzhen. This is a very urgent strategic task. To do so, Shenzhen should select carefully "dragon head" projects which must be ones with advanced technology, high added-value and long-term interests. As to these projects, some can be newly established and some reformed by merging or organising the present ones. But various relationships must be straightened out and the internal strife reduced to create a good operational environment for large scale industry. |
