Abstract: | If a region or a city wants to become the "hot point" which is the first to be developed in the new round of economic growth, it should have the conditions for a serial of production factors like infrastructure facilities, building industry and the tertiary industry, which need to go a head of the rest. Shenzhen is the largest land port in the country and the only city with sea, land and air ports. Its economic growth level has kept the highest in the country. In recent years, it has always been in the leading position in the great development of securities market. Since the 1990s, it has been associated with every wave of economic growth in China. So the "hot point" of China's economic growth will still start with Shenzhen in 1997. |
