| Abstract: | The single exchange rate which has been practiced often the merge of exchange rates in 1994, though it is announced as "the floating rate under control" presents more features of fixed exchange rate, The continuous inflow of a large account of foreign investment leads to the internal and external imbalances in China's economy. Compared with America's economy and the world economy, China's economy will maintain the high-speed development. China will seek double balances, that is, balance between domestic economy and world economy and one between domestic international trade sector and non-international trade sector. This is also the key point of China's macro regulation and control. |
